EMPLOYEE
STATEMENTS - We prepare individual Benefit Statements
so that each employee will receive a personalized statement
showing his benefits under your Plan. Our Defined Contribution
statements show each participant, his individual account
earnings, fund transfers, contributions, payments and
closing balances under the Plan. The multiple accounts
a participant may have under a 401(k) plan are clearly
presented on a single pages statement. The Defined Benefit
Plan statements show an employee, his accrued pension
benefit, vesting, projected retirement benefit, and
estimated social security benefits at Normal Retirement
Age. These participant statements help to eliminate
questions and to build confidence in the plan.
CLAIMS
- We will prepare termination claims on separated or
retired participants. Although the claims are quite
clear, we are available to discuss the claim with the
participant, and the options available to him. Our Claim
work includes production of, or assistance with, all
the paperwork, filings, and communication now required
by the government.
GOVERNMENT
FORMS - We will work with the Trustees and Plan
Administrator to assure that all government forms are
completed for the Internal Revenue Service, the Department
of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
We work directly with you and the government to assure
you that you plan is always in compliance.
